As much as I like lime and lavender in RL, in my SL I did not have a thread of lime in my inventory. So I went shopping and found these lime pants at Coco and I do like them. offcourse combined with a load of black :)

Okay.. I have decided to skip the 365/365 meme. This will be the last of those. I will continue the 52 weeks colour challenge, just because I like the challenge. This week it's teal and I immediately thought of my [rQ] hair. When I typed in "teal" in my inventory search it immediatley came up, as did this dress/top combo from Deviance. And since I haven't been wearing my AVZ-boots in a long time, I polished them too and added them to the outfit.

Today I've been trying to build something again after my potting table way back in the early days of my SL. Maybe I have a picture somewhere.. I'll let you know if I do.

I found a tutorial in my invent on how to make plants and I fiddled some pots around it. Fugly yes I know.. I'm just learning :p

The chair I'm sitting on is made by Tigo. He gave it to me to test sit and to tell the truth, it's very comfy. Only I did not like the blue fabric so I got my sewing machine out and made some new covers for it. Nice huh?

Yes, that pink little avi is me, having fun in the best rock club in SL: Demonic, no matter what others may say, think or dream to be. We have the best DJ's the best dancers and all that 24/7.

But, seriously now. I think people who are throwing mud at previous clubs they worked for or people who still work for those clubs who are trying to discredit other clubs lack courtesy, or "posh". So I won't. I had some good times at some good clubs. And I miss some of it still. But throwing mud, calling people names, telling them they are idiots.. its all so easy. So I'm biting my tongue on this. That's all I'm going to say about it.

I love my Demonic family and being back feels like a warm bath to me. There will always be changes in staff, some DJ's and dancers might leave for reasons they seem right and they will be missed. Some won't be missed at all. And new staff will find its way to Demonic. Since yesterday we have 4 new DJ's and 2 new dancers. Even more good tunez and more fun.

My regular shifts here are Wednesday 12-2 am and Friday 10 am - 12 pm But you will see me on the pods whenever I can. Because dancing at Demonic is not "working"; it's having fun with friends and family :) So come on over when you feel like it and join the fun.

Yesterday I was updating my profile when I received a TP. One of my Dutch friends saying: I'm getting married 12-2 are you coming? (the tp request was in Dutch of course). It was 2 minutes before 12. So, I dropped everything and hopped on the TP right away. Needless to say I was not wearing a gown or a dress, but at least I was kinda decent. And I was wearing my pink League granddad vest. :) I had a great time. Its good to see itsme and his Lucyly finally getting married, after being together for 3 years now.

But just now I decided against it. I'm too tired of all the lies, drama and other misery. I'm not going to rant, point fingers and accuse, because then I will be just as bad a person as all those who are. I cannot tell a lie if my life depends on it so maybe that's why I don't understand the need of some people to lie. So I just hang here. I was barely logged in and still rezzing at my home when Alve sent me a <3 and the next thing she said was: SALE SALE SALE!!

This morning I was taking a ride with my friend Zoie Shinn while all of a sudden her GF Penelope Faery started shooting paint balls at us.. Penny was a tid bit jealous of me and Zoie..

No worries. After that Zoie took a gun and started shooting at Penny while I looked :) It was hilarious. Thank you both for the pain in my belly from laughing so loud :)

Miss Alvena sent me to the Summer of Love Fair this morning and now I'm broke.. yet again. I did get some lovely dresses and some nice items for my house. I also saw some great items not for sale at the fair, but after an 'inspect' I found the creators and hence their shops.

In the RC-Cluster Mainstore in Salchicha Harbor I found some stilts.. I tried them on and TP'ed to Sanctuary Rock to see if I found a friend.. a GIANT friend - well most of my friends are giants anyway - and I saw Joppem Tulip standing there.. I went standing next to him and honestly, the guy is still taller then me, even with my stilts. Would you look at that:

My stilts come in various colours and they are awesome. Dancing on my hud is weird, cozz the stilts vanish in the floor, but tonight I will be hosting another accessories event, so I'll be flying & dancing and I tried that out; that works.

Like I said I got some nice new outfits, a gun-bra (yup, no jokes here, its a bra with guns...) and some furniture.. I will take pictures and show them soon. Now I have to get my note card ready, adjust my gestures for my 10:00 am - 12:00 pm SLT shift and after that get some RL things done.

See.. weekend again.. no time to post so here is another double take :)

On Saturday I pay my tier. It's very easy and I love the way its arranged: I get a warning my tier is due in a certain amount of time and then I go here and pay the screen thingy I'm standing next to. For some reason I always pick number 3 of the 5 I can choose from.

Saturday morning is Sanctuary Rock time. Mostly I dance but yesterday I was a little late so Twilight took my place. I stayed anyway to listen to Alvena's tunes and gossip with Tigo about this "eye-candy" who should be called zeman ( zebra-man) I wonder if he is wearing undies like his tattoo but I'm guessing he is wearing his tattoo as a pants layer so it will be shown over your undies, instead of on your skin.

Speaking of skin, I was showing some myself.

When Mayala crashed, she said it was because she was taking a picture from me for her July slide.

I was too hot, she claimed *lol*

Anyways.. this is it.. Tomorrow I'll be hosting the 10 am event, I'll hope to see you there :)

I'm back :) Flu got me hard but I survived :) I'm so happy, I really missed SL, and even Tigo and his silly dances.

This morning I was at Demonic where Alvena was spinning us round and round, T made me do all the silly dances again and... I have no idea what that giant-guy is doing there.

Gods gift to men and women was there too, but he had to announce really loud that he was taken so sorry for all of us. T. told him nobody was interested in him anyway, so no need to shout right? Then he told some guy that if he was gay he would "do" him. Tigo told him again that really NOBODY was interested.. I ignored the pathetic guy after that and continued to talk Tigo out of his pants.. Not for him, trust me. He is Alve's love of her life and I'm not interfering.. no I want the pants. If I make them just a little slimmer and cut half of the legs I'm sure it would fit perfectly :) But alas.. so far no luck. maybe next time.

It went very well and I think I will be "wearing" my pogo ball more often :)

What started out as a "slow" event turned out to be a real blast. The second hour more ppl TP-ed in the club and I had 13 voters in my nawti-box. Something I did not expect. Maybe it was the pogo ball, maybe it was the cookies, but it went great. Except that the 2 leading men (the #1 and #2) both did not vote. The other males all had only 1 point. So I decided to let the 2 females on top with an equal amount of points win the event. Fairs is fair: "You snooze: You'll loose" So if you think "I want cookies too...", come to Sanctuary Rock. I'll be hosting and presenting cookies to my voters on Monday & Wednesday from 10 am till 12 pm.

SoooooooOkay.. I was kinda busy yesterday. After Alvena's shift at SAnctuary I TP'ed home, RL kicked in and I totally forgot to post picture 014. So here they are in one post.

So this was keeping me from SL yesterday.. The first season True Blood. It made me stay up till 1 am and this morning we finished it.

When I logged in this evening to see what my event will be tomorrow I started practising a bit :)

Joppem Tulip, me and Ylien Braveheart. Bookends or midget sandwich? LOL anyway.. Those 2 giants are my friends and we had fun at Sanct this morning.. Ylien was DJing and Jopp was waking up. It was very early for us Dutchies.. Its now 10 am as I write this. The picture was taken around 8:30 am.. But it does show the giant/midget thingy right? ;)

BTW. Miss Alvena made me a new mug shot.. she did not like the other one :) I think it's just an excuse so she could bully me around again and try out her photo studio and her new poses... :P

I had a great morning listening to Alvena's set at Demonic and talking to my long lost BFF Ellari Burner. After the set I went home and told Alve I was looking for a place to take my 11th picture in the 365-meme. She told me to go to The far Away (yes I did get the slURL today) and OMG look at this sim (click on teh picture to enlarge it):

It is awesome. Go have a look when you have the time :) When I see this I wish I had the time and patience to build myself. But I don't, so I go around, enjoy other people's work and blog about it :)

Do you think these come with something to stand on for the midgets.. or is it only the giants who needs to be captivated? :)

When I first came into SL I had a RL friend who showed me everything and learned me a lot. I do owe her for that. * start reading in a Ya-di-ya-di-ya tone* Then I got a SL-BF and her "jokes" weren't funny anymore and she violated our privacy arrangements and agreements like they were not meant for her, "because she was my friend, right?" Wrong! So I banned her from my land, and soon after that I moved out of her SL. I banned the BF from my SL too, but that's another story. :)* end of Ya-di-ya-di-ya..*

Anyways. one thing she did tell me that in SL all avi's are 7' or taller. I went like WTF?? I refused to make my avi a "giant" as I called them and stayed as close as possible to my real 5'4. Cats is 5'6 I think. In edit appearance, the slider for body height is on 21. My friends know I'm the midget and there is nothing wrong with that.

*** pokes everybody who starts saying that there is a lot wrong with being a midget, and STFU Tigo, don't even think about it... :P***

I did make my avi taller once, during an event in Sanctuary Rock, about a year ago. Trust me, that was scary. It is just not me, just like it is not me when I take off my tail and ears.

So I will stay my midgety self, and if necessary, I'll wear high heals.

The captivation thingy on the picture is in the Death Row Designs sim.. and I forgot the get the Slurl.. :P

I did not want to join the 365/365 blog meme I've seen around on blogs. But when Alvena & Tigo were complaining I did not update my blog I had to admit - reluctantly - that I stand corrected. I am a lazy blogger; I know. So I was thinking. Why do I update my RL blog (nope, no link here) more frequently then my SL blog? And it hit me. I'm into a lot of reading challenges, am a member of various communities and thus I have a lot to blog about, because people of those challenges visit my blog too, and I visit them back. It's part of the bloggoverse.

So in order to have that "stick behind the door" thingy. I'm doing the 365/365 thing. I will prolly skip a day here and there, but I will try to blog every day :) And today is a good start. Tigo and Alvena were bullying me around yesterday, because I wanted a new profile picture. I'll show you the 4 they made (each gave me 2 to pick from) and I guess you'll have to check my profile to see which I picked. Maybe you can guess who made which. No prices just fun. :)

Another Cats' world

I'm still on the same sim, but Bravo moved out and so there was this post stamp sized piece of land with 400 prims vacant. I took it and rummaged through my inventory, to look up my Little Denmark tree house, and fell in love with it all over again.

On the land my tree house, the water fall and my hammock with my laundry. Under the tree a couch and the librarians curse Alve & Tigo bought me.

I also got myself some new furniture and a spinning wheel.

This is inside. I want some new pictures for on my wall. Note to self: "Tell Alve to make me some new pictures" :) and maybe find a carpet.

And yes: I AM knitting here. I do it in RL too and love it. So naturally when I saw this chair with knitting animation in it, I could not resist :)

Well as you might have noticed: I haven't been around that much lately. And as far as I'm concerned I won't be either, because my RL is busy and good at the moment. I have a BF for 4 months now and we only see each other in the weekends and holidays.

So I decided to reduce my land in order to save money, but then Alvena told me I could set up my house on her land, while she was living in a skybox. So last Monday I went packing up my stuff.

This has been my land for over a year. Early January 2009 I moved in her, well a part of this. I started with 4096 sqm with 937 prims. I ended with 6144 sqm and 14-hundred-something prims.

My lighthouse and my old boots that was the invitation for my first rezz-day Ellari made for me.

The ghost that lived in the tower. Yes I took it too.

Here I am sitting on the top, one more time.

I had a great year living here, but I'm glad I moved in with Alvena. I still have a place i can call home but I wont have to pay L$2200 per week anymore.

Club True Blood

Yesterday I went to Club True Blood. There was a Red event and I like any excuse to wear my red dress from Linc and my red Ving boots from Shiny things. (no urls, cozz im not iw right now to look them up) I'm starting to work here as a host as of next Saturday (so I thought, but I'll tell you about that in a minute).

Since I've been seriously cleaning up my PC - a deep clean, including the registry - and I'm on the latest Emerald viewer now (lubs it soo much), I decided to try and take some pictures. I only crashed twice, so that went pretty wel *lol* And I got me some nice snapshots.

Now about the hosting. I was supposed to start Saturday. I'm working the 12-2 PM SLT shift. Purrfect time for me, since thats my 9-11 PM. So while I was having fun yesterday being a guest at True blood, I got an Im from Hope, 3 minutes before the next event was going to start: Would I please host. I went like HELP! I don't have my spam-gestures, dont have my notecard prepared, oh and how does this board operate, and.. and.. and.. And I said : "Sure hunni, I'll host" ^.^ Squeek ^.^
Luckely Jada was still there and she gave me the gestures, Indira Wobbit was my DJ and she helped me a lot too and Hope handled the board untill I have managing rights on it. The event was "Come as you are", so I stayed in my smexy red dress. Tempest came to my event too and all in all I had a great time.
I did not dare to take any pictures, because I did not want to risk crashing. So the slide above is the only one I have to show for now. I hope to see you Saterday at Club True Blood, IM me for a LM if you want to join the fun :)

I've been in Sanctuary a lot these past few days. Here you see how the maffia has arrived at Sanct during a Leather event (I think it was a leather event):

Somehow I lost my ability to make pictures and I cannot take them anymore, without crashing hard. Too bad, 'cause I made some great ones - or so I thought - of Drake and Noods go Midget sized. They where smaller then me, now how scary is that? Puss wanted to keep them and take them home, I was just glad to be able to stand next to my giant-friend Remi.

Last night we had a PJ-party. Tempest Levenque made pictures and sent soem to me. So these are hers in the slideshow:

Shrinking, growing, red, white and blue fun

Today I humped on Noodle Xi's chim after he kicked me in the back a few times. Dancing in sync is much more safer for Midgets I found out :) Noodle found out how "small" I am in SL. I, however keep telling people I'm fun sized and they are all giants, but nevertheless.

So he thought to "feel" what is was to be a midget like me and see here:

I went like EEEEeeeeeeew! thats scary! Lucky for me he got back to his normal giant size, after I told him to do so. (lol)

A few minutes later Miss Alvena slapped his back too and we went all red white and blue.. sort of :)

Anyways I had - yet again - a blast in Sanctuary Rock, almost spit my drinks on the screen again several times and went to bed way too late.

Well this morning (thats my morning, which is midnight in SL) I was in the middle. So I called Bravo Nishi and FaQue Suppenkraut my bookends:
